В Цхинвале прошел летний лагерь-форум «Южная Осетия: мир и стабильность на Кавказе»
Международный Молодежный летний лагерь-форум «Южная Осетия: мир и стабильность на Кавказе» завершил свою работу 2 июля 2010 года в столице Южной Осетии Цхинвале. По приглашению Эдуарда Джабеевича Кокойты в республику с дружеским визитом прибыли 50 гостей, среди которых были представители молодежных организаций российских парламентских партий: «Единая Россия», КПРФ, ЛДПР и «Справедливая Россия».В программу пребывания молодых людей в республике вошло знакомство с объектами восстановления на ее территории, поездки на природу и посещение местных достопримечательностей.
Делегации гостей форума возглавили заместитель начальника центрального штаба «Молодой Гвардии Единой России» Владимир Бурматов, первый секретарь Союза коммунистической молодежи РФ, депутат Госдумы РФ Юрий Афонин, глава молодежи ЛДПР Вадим Деньгин, руководитель молодежной организации «Лига справедливости» Дмитрий Пакка и председатель Исполкома молодежной организации «Молодые социалисты России» Сергей Кадацкий. Кроме того, среди гостей лагеря были представители общественных организаций России: активисты Российского профсоюза студентов, Всероссийского студенческого союза, молодые предприниматели и участники пионерского движения России. Организатором форума и директором лагеря выступил Председатель Российского профсоюза студентов, Советник Президента Республики Южная Осетия Алексей Казак.
В работе лагеря также приняли участие 30 представителей молодежных организаций Республики Южная Осетия и студенты Юго-Осетинского государственного университета. В программу пребывания молодых людей в республике вошло знакомство с объектами восстановления на ее территории, поездки на природу и посещение местных достопримечательностей.
Организаторы не сомневаются, что в условиях активной информационной войны, ведущейся против молодого государства и его руководства, целью которой является разрушение братского союза РФ и РЮО, проведение мероприятий, подобных данному форуму, показывает общественности обеих стран и всего мира, что Россия и Южная Осетия - вместе. «Дружбе и взаимопомощи наших двух стран не смогут помешать. Несмотря на все старания "вставлять палки в колеса" никому не удастся нас рассорить. Гордый русский народ и гордый осетинский народ невозможно ни сломить, ни запугать», - говорится в официальном пресс-релизе, распространенном по завершению лагеря-форума.
«А те, кто сегодня пытается вбить клин между нашими странами, те, кто говорят, что все усилия России были напрасны - глубоко ошибаются. Республика стремительно развивается, отстраивается и рано или поздно будет признана всем мировым сообществом», - подчеркивают организаторы.
Работа лагеря-форума «Южная Осетия: мир и стабильность на Кавказе» началась 25 июня с церемонии открытия, прошедшей на центральной площади Цхинвала. С приветственным словом выступили зампред правительства Южной Осетии Доментий Кулумбегов, ректор Юго-осетинского государственного университета Таймураз Кокоев и руководитель ГУП «Управление по туризму – Южная Осетия» Элеонора Бедоева.
На следующий день, 26 июня, прошли дискуссии в рамках площадки «Россия в XXI веке». Экспертом в ходе работы этой площадки выступил Первый вице-президент Академии геополитических проблем, доктор военных наук Константин Сивков. Среди вопросов, которые поднимались участниками дискуссии были мировой экономический кризис и его последствия, глобальная безопасность и новые угрозы, мир на Кавказе и способы разрешения региональных конфликтов.
27 июня, в День молодежи, Президент Южной Осетии Эдуард Кокойты посетил лагерь, поужинал вместе с участниками форума, ответил на вопросы гостей, а также рассказал о задачах, которые сегодня ставятся руководством Республики, а затем все вместе отправились на центральную площадь города, где состоялся концерт, приуроченный к празднованию Дня молодежи.После окончания учений участникам лагеря была предоставлена возможность познакомиться с оружием поближе.
28 июня лучшие гитаристы Республики представили вниманию гостей лагеря как песни собственного сочинения, так и исполнили песни уже ставшие хитами в рамках вечера бардовской песни. Порадовали участников лагеря зажигательными танцами и солистки Республиканского танцевального ансамбля.
29 июня в лагерь вновь прибыл юго-осетинский лидер, пригласивший гостей из России посетить его родовое село Цру Джавского района Южной Осетии, где при содействии Президента РЮО в 2009 году был возведен Храм Святого Великомученика Георгия Победоносца.
30 июня руководство Республики сделало для участников форума настоящий подарок. Состоялись показательные военные учения министерства обороны Республики, в которых были задействованы как легкие, так и тяжелые виды вооружений. После окончания учений участникам лагеря была предоставлена возможность познакомиться с оружием поближе. Специалисты югоосетинской армии учили ребят собирать, разбирать и заряжать оружие, рассказывали о его свойствах, возможностях и даже предоставили им возможность пострелять из него, что было для гостей лагеря сюрпризом, впечатления от которого наверняка останутся у них на всю жизнь.
Что же касается последнего дня форума, 1 июля, для молодых людей была организована поездка на живописное Зонкарское водохранилище, где все желающие смогли искупаться, сыграть в бадминтон и пожарить шашлыки.
«Покидая благодатную землю Цхинвала каждый из участников лагеря уносил с собой ту частичку тепла, которую подарили им гостеприимные осетины. В этой республике по настоящему любят Россию и эта любовь продиктована не временными конъюнктурными соображениями, а вековой братской дружбой между русским и осетинским народами.
